Searching particular gene results in generating score, computed for all the genes. Score reflects magnitude of co-regulation existing with the queried gene. Higher the intersection of expressional pattern under varying conditions, higher score is generated for the gene.
We have uploaded two databases:
A) 494 genes have been uploaded belonging to glycosyltransferases and nucleotide sugar interconversion enzymes possibly involved in Cell Wall Biosynthesis.
B) Around 3366 annotation from Aracyc database downloaded results in 1133 unique genes .
